It's a long story.
Basically, Mac left the show for good recently and has taken away the rights for Nash to use the characters Mac and Matt as they classify as him. But 2 days ago, I had the idea that I could replace Mac, but that would make The lore a bit weird. Mac (In the show.) was Nash's (Again, in the show.) love interest, which meant that I would have to be the character that Nash had a crush on. So Nash decided to make the replacement for Mac his boyfriend Max. I mean, it's only one letter off! And that's how we saved the show.
